Do I need to pay anything to start selling my service?
Absolutely not! All you need to do is to sign up as Web3r Freelancer and you can post your service right away.
(All new sign-ups will get free upgrade to Expert Web3r for limited time offers right now)
How do I get paid once someone bought my service?
Once the job is on completed status, your service fees will be made available for withdrawal.
Go to your Profile > Dashboard > Available Balance > Withdrawal
Minimum withdrawal amount is $10 and you choose to withdraw either via Paypal or Crypto Transfer
What is Performance Bonus and how to earn them?
Who says Freelancer can’t have bonuses? We believe in performance driven incentive to delivery high quality services consistently, therefore for our Expert and Top Grade Web3r Freelancers, they can earn Performance Bonus which we payout annually. Expert Web3r with good service ratings will be paid 1% of the total amount they earned during the year, similarly for Top Grade Web3r will be paid 2% for the same criteria.
How much is the platform fees for each services sold?
We have competitive platform fees of only 10% (introductory offer from prevailing rate of 15%) for each services sold or hired jobs. Once our tokens are launch, you will have more ways to earn! Stay tune!
How do I communicate to employ3r who bought my service?
You can easily communicate with your employ3r via in-app messaging systems which keeps track all communications in a single view for easy reference.
If I want to buy someone else service, do I need to create an employ3r account?
The beauty of our platform is that you just need 1 account where you can switch between as Web3r Freelancer or Employ3r. You will notice your profile will be different and feel free to explore the features between them
